New York City

Most small business websites are quietly broken.

Not ugly — broken. Contact forms that send nothing. Pages that error out. Certificates that make Chrome warn people away before they read a word. The owner usually has no idea.

I find what's costing you calls, and I rebuild it.

No cost, no obligation. You see it before you decide.

Live findingsNYC
01A Bronx roofing contractor: no phone number anywhere on the site, and the contact page returns a 500 server error.
02A Queens dental practice: the Make An Appointment button is wired to # — clicking it does nothing at all.
03A Staten Island garage door company: footer still reads Copyright 2009.
04A Bronx bakery with 144 reviews: domain expired, now parked for sale.
05A Brooklyn tree service: 45 reviews pointing at a website link that now returns 404.
All verified this month. Yours might be on the list.

How it works

I build it first. You decide after.

You've probably been pitched by someone asking you to pay upfront and trust them. I'd rather just show you. I build your homepage before we ever talk about money — if you don't want it, you've lost nothing.

01

You tell me your business

Name and address is enough to start. Two minutes.

02

I build your homepage

Your real services, your photos, your neighborhoods. Usually within a few days.

03

You look at it

A private link. If it's not for you, say so and we're done.

04

I finish and launch

Full site on your domain, usually inside two weeks.

What you get

Built to get the phone to ring.

Not a brochure. Every decision on the site is about turning someone who found you at 9pm into someone who contacts you.

Works properly on a phone

Most people find you on a phone, often in a hurry. Tap-to-call in the header, fast load, nothing to pinch and zoom.

A contact form that actually sends

Wired to your inbox and tested with a real message before launch. You'd be surprised how often this is the whole problem.

A page for every service

Google can't rank you for work it can't see. Separate pages per service and per area you cover.

Your reviews on your own site

If you've earned good reviews, they belong above the fold — not one click away on someone else's platform.

Secure, fast, and current

Proper certificate, no browser warnings, loads in under a second. Hosting included at no cost.

You can edit it yourself

A simple admin page for hours, photos, and text. No calling me to change a phone number.

Pricing

One price. No monthly fee.

You pay once, you own the site, and you never hear from me about a subscription. Half up front, half when it goes live.

Domain not included — about $12/year, bought in your name so you own it outright.

Straight answers

The things you're actually wondering.

Why would you build it before I pay you?

Because you have no reason to trust me yet, and a link you can look at settles that faster than anything I could say. It costs me a few hours. If you don't want it, that's a fair trade for me and a free look for you.

Are you a big agency?

No. It's one person, and this studio is new — which is exactly why the prices are what they are and why I build first. You get someone who answers his own phone and isn't juggling forty accounts.

Do I have to give up my current website or domain?

No. You keep your domain, in your name. If you don't have one, I'll help you buy it — about $12 a year — and it's yours, not mine. Nothing about your business ends up locked to me.

What happens to my email if we change the website?

Nothing. Email and websites run on separate settings, and protecting your email records is part of the launch checklist. This is the most common way small business sites get broken, and it's not going to happen to yours.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Hosting is included and costs you nothing ongoing. If you want changes later I charge by the hour, but most people just make small edits themselves in the admin panel.

How long does it take?

The homepage is usually a few days. The full site is normally about two weeks once you've sent your photos and service list — that part is the bottleneck, not the building.
